Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.
Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet these conditions.

Electronic components (such as electronic circuits and quartz movements) once the packaging is opened.
Customized or modified items based on customer requests.
Tools that have been used or damaged due to misuse.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us via email or through our website’s contact page, providing your order number and a photo of the item.
We will respond within 2-3 business days with approval confirmation and return instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
For PayPal or credit card payments, additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
